Serving Ithaca and Surrounding Communities

Why Ithaca?

A jewel of a city surrounded by emerald tinted hills and crystal waters. A place where one can enjoy the culture and diversity of a large city yet find solitude and serenity within a minutes drive. Outside the hub of this bustling upstate city you will find rolling farmland, lush vineyards, acres and acres of public land and deep woodlands dotted with spectacular gorges, waterfalls, creeks and ponds. A place that is highly regarded throughout the world. Surrounding Ithaca you will find quaint upstate towns and villages such as Cayuga Heights, Trumansburg, Lansing, Dryden, Groton and more.

Ithaca is also home to many wonderful events such as the Ithaca Festival, a local tradition since 1977, the Apple Harvest Festival, the Annual Great Downtown Ithaca Chili Cook-off & Winterfest and numerous other events scattered throughout the city and surrounding communities. If musuems are your preference, we have a wide array of wonderful choices including the Sciencenter, Museum of the Earth, Ithaca Clock Musuem, Herbert F. Johnson Museum of Art and the History Center to name a few. While in Ithaca be sure to visit the nearby picturesque New York State Parks such as Buttermilk Falls, Robert H. Treman and Taughannock Falls. All filled with scenic gorges and breathtaking waterfalls. Be sure to pack a camera with a high capacity memory card! Once you have finished admiring the world famous 215' straight drop of Taughannock Falls you may wish to wind up the day with a trip up the shores of Cayuga Lake and visit the numerous wineries along the Cayuga Lake Wine Trail.

We could go on and on about Ithaca and it's endless list of adventures but it would of course be .......endless. Lets move on to what you are really here for. Ithaca Real Estate
